Veravo

Answer-first guide

What is Veravo?

Veravo is an AI-assisted project reinvestment system for solo software builders. It helps a builder define one bounded Project Bet, state the evidence that would justify more investment, preserve what was originally promised, and review reality before allocating again.

Who is Veravo for?

Veravo is for an adult solo software builder who controls a meaningful share of the next 1–6 weeks and faces at least two plausible uses of that time, attention, or project spending. The result should be observable and capable of changing the next allocation.

What problem does Veravo solve?

Solo builders often keep investing while quietly changing the promised outcome, expanding scope, or lowering the evidence bar. Standard execution tools preserve tasks, but they usually do not preserve the original reinvestment logic. Veravo creates a stable comparison between what the next block of work was meant to prove and what reality supplied.

How does Veravo work?

  1. Project Bet: define the outcome, uncertainty, allocation, scope boundary, and review date.
  2. Evidence Threshold: state the observable signal and decision rule that would justify more resources.
  3. Evidence capture: record only material customer, commercial, usage, or technical evidence.
  4. Reinvestment Review: compare the original bet with changes, evidence, allocation used, and uncertainty remaining.
  5. Allocation Memo: preserve the result and the condition that must be different before another bet.

Why is Veravo different from task managers and planners?

Task managers answer “What should I do next?” Veravo answers “What must this project prove before it earns another allocation?” Keep daily execution in GitHub, Notion, Linear, a calendar, or a notes app. Veravo sits above those tools and governs the decision to reinvest.

What does AI do in Veravo?

Paid AI can draft and challenge selected Project Bet fields, check whether evidence addresses the threshold, and prepare a review draft. Every action is explicit and every applied change requires confirmation. AI does not choose the project, assign a success probability, fabricate evidence, or decide whether the user continues.

Common questions about Veravo

Is Veravo a project management tool?

No. It does not replace issues, task boards, schedules, or delivery workflows. It structures the allocation decision above them.

Does Veravo tell me whether to stop?

No. Veravo preserves the original bet and evidence so the user can make the reinvestment decision deliberately.

Can I use Veravo without AI?

Yes. The complete first Project Bet, evidence capture, review, and Allocation Memo can be completed manually for free.

What does “investment” mean here?

It means the user’s own discretionary time, attention, project spending, credibility, and opportunity cost—not securities or financial advice.
